Another quickie today as I’m not feeling well and can’t move off the sofa!
Breakfast – natural yoghurt and banana, tea with skimmed milk and sweetener
Mid-morning My usual coffee with skimmed milk and 2 sugars
Lunch – chickpea and spinach soup with a crusty roll
Dinner – Mediterranean tomato chicken with risotto carrots and swede made by Gorgeous Ginge! (this is a very rare thing!) It was really nice but I could only manage a couple of bites! 😐
Now I’m off to soak in the bath and bed, so will hopefully be feeling better in the morning! Xx
